Dr Virinder Singh, advisor to the chancellor, welcomed him.<br \/>Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor, Desh Bhagat University, Dr. Tajinder Kaur, Pro-Chancellor, Dr. Sandeep Singh, President and Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, Vice-President of DBU were also present on the occasion.<br \/>Dr. Joshi is former dean of the faculty of Ayurveda and professor, and head of the Department of Ayurveda and Yoga, <!-- -->Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth<!-- -->, Pune. He has over 23 years of professional experience of teaching, research, administration and institution building. He has been a Member of NAAC Peer Team since 2017.
